Product repairs

We provide product repair services through our reseller partner network. If any of your Cellwatch components have been damaged or are nonfunctional, please contact your reseller for product repair information. For Cellwatch components under warranty and not functioning properly, contact our technical support team so that we can provide a replacement.

We recommend that all Cellwatch users maintain an inventory of spare parts in the event a component gets damaged or is not functioning properly. Contact your reseller or our technical support team to find out the correct spare parts to have on-hand based on your configuration.
